André's Eyes, the first fiction film of the director best known for his documentaries, is based on real facts. The filmmaker directs the characters with splendor and subtleness.

The film's world premiere was in IndieLisboa - International Independent Film Festival where it won three awards: Best Portuguese Feature, Árvore da Vida Award, and TAP Award.
