The Kegelstatt Trio wins at Curitiba Film Festival in Brazil [10/06/2022]

The Kegelstatt Trio, the most recent film by Rita Azevedo Gomes, was distinguished last night with the Prize for Artistic Contribution of the International Competition at one of the most important film festivals in Brazil, Olhar de Cinema in Curitiba.

The feature film by the filmmaker was part of the competitive section of the Brazilian festival, one of the most renowned film festivals, where the filmmaker has regularly shown her films.

The jury that will award the prize today, during the award ceremony, is made up of Talize Sayegh (producer), Cássio Kelm (director) and Alia Ayman (programmer). The festival took place in Curtiba between the 1st and 9th of June.

The film has its commercial debut scheduled in Portugal in December 2022.
