Rúben Gonçalves

Graduated from ESTC in screenwriting, works as screenwriter, director and editor. Rúben edited Visit by Rui Esperança (Doclisboa 2015, Verdes Anos), Vigil by Ana Mariz (IndieLisboa 2016, Novíssimos) and Wicked Summer by Pedro Cabeleira premiered in the 70th Locarno Film Festival. Rúben collaborated in the writing of Three Women (TV series, David & Golias production). Childhood, Boyhood, Youth, a documentary about the The National Conservatory Dance School, is his first film as a director, and he's working on the screenplay of the feature Sentimental Education.
