Roadways and expressways. The train tracks. What remains of the factories, the wastelands. The clouds, the rain, and the wind. The river. A film about a suburb of Lisbon. The suburb where I was born and raised. The streets and interiors: houses, businesses, and associations. Joining those who live and spend their days there. A film of pathways and details. A few work notes suggest that the film is looking for its own structure. The music? A suburban symphony. Somewhere between the praise of banality and an elegy of time.
